  • Brand Evaluation and Strategy

    This is our area of greatest passion and expertise. We will work with your team to create an internal and external brand perception evaluation, set branding goals, and identify and personify key audiences. For each pillar of the brand, we will identify value propositions, a summary tag, marketing goals, target segments, a message strategy, and optimal measurement criteria. For the brand platform, we will delineate the brand personality (voice of the brand), stakeholder needs, most effective methods of communication, and tailored messages. Brand recommendations may include name and logo treatments, marketing approach, and go-to-market strategy. Finally, we will provide a one-year comprehensive communications strategy. Not included are Brand Guidelines, Company Culture Guide, and Crisis Communications Plan.

    Executive Thought Leader Positioning

    We will work with each leader to determine their individual value propositions, key messages, and target audiences. We will also help them develop a communication strategy that may include conference roundtables, workshop leadership, keynote presentations, TED Talks, videos, in-person meetings and calls, op-ed pieces, guest columns and articles, relevant individual awards and recognition opportunities, media appearances, expert quotes, trade features, and relevant business, government and academic speaking opportunities.

    Crisis Containment

    Because every potential crisis varies in scope, severity, and potential effect on the brand, we will work with you to determine the time and effort that should be invested in each individual case.

  • Public Relations Strategy and Calendar

    We will review current public and media communications plans, protocols, and procedures. We will work with you to assess current and future branding, key messaging, and new news opportunities, identify value propositions and exclusive positioning platforms through competitive analysis. We will assess and assemble all relevant editorial calendars and identify top stakeholders in both standard and social media. Finally, we will develop a detailed media outreach process, timeline, budget and guidelines.

    Local Media Alert / Press Release - Local / Regional / National / Global

    We take a very personal approach to Media Relations, drawing from more than 30 years of creating mutually trusting and beneficial relationships with reporters, producers, and assignment editors. Each press release includes a one-hour discovery meeting, topic and media research, key message identification, boilerplate review, up to three version drafts, influencer and media list customization, distribution, media management, proactive calls to identified key media, responsive calls and emails for fact checks and assets, coverage tracking and reporting, coordination of interviews with basic media training, media photo shoot management, and wrap-up reports with or without ad equivalencies.

    Media Training

    Our media training covers more than just basic tips and tricks for dealing with the media. We will work with each individual to identify their unique voice and customize the company’s messages to suit them, role-play the top five interview styles they may encounter, and guide them to truly control every media encounter to ensure the Company’s position is heard and target statements are included. We will also accompany them on at least one phone interview for guidance and constructive critiques.

  • One-time Assessment, Recommendations, and Strategic Plan

    We will collaborate with your Human Resources and Internal Communications Teams to develop a comprehensive internal communications strategy that encompasses employee engagement and message consistency.

    For Employee Engagement, we will enhance your internal brand presence and ensure your values resonate within every message. This includes planning internal events and interactive sessions.

    For both, we will manage Message Consistency, which covers the creation of internal communication materials, including newsletters, intranet content, emails, and meeting scripts. This service does not encompass external communication strategies.

    For this Strategic Plan, we will work with your Franchise Development Team to strategize a franchising communications plan that includes business and trade outreach, as well as message management. For Business and Trade Outreach, we will also help you secure brand visibility and pursue a thought leadership position for your franchising opportunity and/or sales leads. This includes recommended industry event opportunities. For both, we will provide Message Management, which includes content for franchising materials, including brochures, website, presentations, and drip campaigns.
